"After an hour of walking in a light drizzle, the hoodie and shoulders absorbed the rain and it soaked through. I got wet, and then cold. This is not a rain coat. Very disappointed with KUIU management. They have failed in providing a quality product and are misrepresenting the Northridge coat as a rain coat."
