What is the minimum quantity of a product I need to order to qualify for KUIU's bulk order discounts?
The minimum quantity is 25+ per item. The order can include multiple colors, different sizes and both men’s and women’s items.
Can KUIU customize items on our company’s behalf?
No, we don’t offer the ability to add logos or branding to our items currently. We can provide recommendations for partners that can customize our product for you.
Can I purchase any items I choose under KUIU's corporate & group sales program?
No, not all products qualify for bulk ordering.
What type of payment methods does KUIU accept for the corporate & group sales program?
- Credit Card - best option for most companies since we don't charge a credit card fee
- ACH
- PO - available for large quantity orders only
Can I return or exchange products purchased through KUIU's corporate & group sales program?
Bulk order sales are final and cannot be returned. You may exchange the item within 45 days of the purchase date if it hasn’t been customized or altered.
How does shipping work for KUIU's corporate & group sales program?
- All orders must be shipped to a single address.
- Shipping costs are based on the order total.
- We are unable to ship internationally currently.
