Returns

You may return your unworn and clean item(s) within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund to original form of payment or KUIU store credit. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Items purchased in a "Pack" or "Set" need to be returned in full. We cannot accept partial returns on item Packs or Sets (e.g. Merino Sock 3-PACK, Pro Bino Harness Field Ready SET). 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for a different size of the purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping is always free for exchanges.

Please note: We can only process exchanges for the same product in a different size. We cannot process exchanges for the same product in a different color, or for an entirely different product. If you would like a different color or product, we are happy to help you place a new order via phone or email and provide you with free standard shipping on your repurchase order (US only). You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days.

Final Sale

KUIU Outlet items, Gift Cards, and E-Gift Cards are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Making a Return (US Orders)

1. Start your return by heading to our online RETURNS/EXCHANGES PORTAL.

  • Enter your order number (excluding the -1), and your email address. Click on "Find My order".
  • Select the items you wish to return and provide the return reason and any comments.
  • Choose your preferred shipping method. Please note, if you choose the UPS label option, there will be a $7.50 fee deducted from your refund.
  • Choose your preferred Refund Method: Original form of payment or a KUIU Gift Card.
  • Review the return details and then click “Submit My Return/Exchange”.

2. Print your return label and your return packing slip from the links sent to your email after initiating the return. You will only see a shipping label if you selected the UPS return label option.

3. Package up your return (if possible, use the original packaging), and be sure to include the return packing slip inside the package so we can identify your package. Attach the label to the outside of your package.

4. Ship your return by dropping it off at any UPS location, or with the carrier of your choice if you chose ship on your own. The tracking details will be sent via email if you chose the UPS option.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to the chosen refund method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your package.

Making a Gift Return (US Orders)

1. Start your gift return by heading to our online RETURNS/EXCHANGES PORTAL and click on "Start a Gift Return/Exchange".

  • Enter the order number (excluding the -1), and your email and the shipping zip code the order was sent to. The email address you type in will be where the KUIU store credit will be emailed once the return is completed. Click on "Find My order".
  • Select the items you wish to return and provide the return reason and any comments.
  • Choose your preferred shipping method. All gift returns have free return shipping.
  • Review the gift return details and then click “Submit My Return/Exchange”. Please note, all returns initiated as a gift will be refunded to a KUIU store credit.


2. Print your return label and your return packing slip from the links sent to your email after initiating the return. You will only see a shipping label if you selected the UPS return label option.

Making an Exchange (US Orders)

Follow the steps below to exchange for the same product in a different size. 

If you would like a different color or product, we are happy to help you place a new order via phone or email and provide you with free standard shipping on your repurchase order (US only). You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days.

Note: Should the item not be available at the time we process your exchange, you will be refunded for the returned item to the original form of payment.

  • Enter your order number (excluding the -1), and email. Click on "Find My order"
  • Select the items you wish to exchange and the new size you would like. Provide the return reason and any comments. Please note that at this time we are only offering even exchanges of a different size of the same product purchased.
  • Choose your preferred return shipping method. All exchanges have free shipping. Please note, you will not be refunded shipping for your original purchase, if applicable.
  • Review the details of your exchange and then click "Submit My Return/Exchange".

International Returns/APO Addresses

To identify which international returns process listed below is the right one for your order, please check your order confirmation email to see if it was placed with our global partner, eShopWorld.

eShopWorld Returns:

For any returns managed by eShopWorld, please visit our eShopWorld Returns Portal to initiate your return.

  1. Start your return by going to the eShopWorld Returns Portal. Enter your order number (excluding the -1) and email address.
  2. Select the exact items you would like to return and the reason from the drop-down box.
  3. Print your packing slip. You will be provided with an address label to return the product directly back to the region return center. Please note, the address on the label is an eShopWorld facility that we partner with and is different depending on the region. The address label and packing slip will contain instructions on how to return your package.
  4. Package up your return (if possible, use the original packaging), and be sure to include the return packing slip so we can identify your package. Please make sure the return packing slip is for the exact items you are returning. If you are returning more items than on the return packing slip, another return will need to be initiated and that return packing slip will need to be included as well. Attach the address label to the outside of your package.
  5. Ship your return using the carrier of your choice to the address provided on the address label. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records. 


Once your return is received by eShopWorld, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment for the merchandise total excluding any duties, taxes and shipping fees. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day your package is received.

Other International Returns/APO Addresses:

For any returns from APO or international addresses, not managed by eShopWorld, please send your return to the following address and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation in the package:
