In order to receive your gifts by Christmas, we recommend ordering by the following dates:
Standard - Monday, December 16th, 10:00 AM PT
2-Day - Thursday, December 19th, 10:00 AM PT
Next Business Day - Friday, December 20, 10:00 AM PT
We strive to get your gifts to you as quickly as possible. While we will do our best to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery by these dates. For the best experience, we encourage you to plan for extra time to account for potential delays.

Orders typically ship out within 1 Business day (not including weekends or U.S. Holidays) from the day they are placed (applies to standard shipping only). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.  During sale events and peak shipping seasons, it can take up to 5 business days to ship plus an additional 1-3 business days for pack sets to assemble and ship. Express shipping will be shipped the same day (M-F) if placed before 10:00 am Pacific Time.

Note: Orders with packs are hand assembled at our warehouse and may require additional time before orders containing these items ship, especially during season.

Tracking is emailed when the item(s) ship. You may track your package by entering your tracking number into Google or by going directly to www.UPS.com.

US SHIPPING:

STANDARD US SHIPPING:

All of our packages are shipped using UPS. In some areas, USPS may be used for final delivery.

THREE DAY SHIPPING:

Three Day Shipping is available for the continental U.S. Orders placed before 10:00 A.M Pacific will ship out the same business day and deliver on the third business day. Orders placed after 10:00 A.M Pacific will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day. Physical Gift Cards cannot be shipped via Three Day. Three Day is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or PO Box addresses.

TWO DAY SHIPPING:

Two Day Shipping is available for the continental U.S. Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. Pacific will ship out the same business day and deliver on the second business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.  Physical Gift Cards cannot be shipped via Two Day. Two Day is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or PO Box addresses.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING

When shipping Next Business Day Shipping, orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific will ship out the same business day and deliver on the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays). Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped.
