Standard Delivery Services

Standard Delivery typically delivers within approximately 6-16 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) based on your location. For the most accurate estimation, please refer to the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.

Shipping estimates do not include any delays caused by customs, weather, incorrect address information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Note: Orders with backpacks are hand assembled at our warehouse and may require additional processing time before orders containing these items ship, especially during sale promotions and US holidays.

Express Delivery Services

Express Delivery typically delivers within approximately 4-17 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) based on your location. For the most accurate estimation, please refer to the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.
