Using AI I asked ChatGPT to pull up similar jackets from different brands and got several options then when comparing price this KUIU jacket came up as best price. That determined my purchase and have been perfectly pleased!"

"After an hour of walking in a light drizzle, the hoodie and shoulders absorbed the rain and it soaked through. I got wet, and then cold. This is not a rain coat. Very disappointed with KUIU management. They have failed in providing a quality product and are misrepresenting the Northridge coat as a rain coat."

Q&A

Why do your jackets absorb rain water like a sponge and make you wet and cold? I bought a new jacket for a trip to Japan and the first time I wore it - it SUCKED. Kuiu management really failed on this one. I'm POed.
