Definitely built to withstand the elements can wait to put them to use this hunting season I live in the Pacific Northwest and hunt the coastal regions on Washington and Oregon these where exactly what I was looking for in a outer layer waterproof pant I own multiple kuiu outfits each has there strong points and as far as cold wet timber and thick vegetation high mountain bush hunting goes these are a no brainer"

"Great pants. Spent 4 days in the rain on a caribou hunt and they held up as expected and I stayed dry. They do need a button or something at the ankle cuff so they stay zipped down while walking. Would have gave 5 star if that wasn't an issue."
