Great gaiters!

"Purchased these for a Red Stag hunting trip in Scotland, they worked great! Kept the water and mud off of my pants and upper boots/laces. Fit great around multiple layers of clothing and was able to cinch the top of the gaiters to keep water out. Size 14 boots, XL gaiters, Valo camo."

All around a must bring for brambles and wet weeds

"The gaiters are easy to pack and just as easy to put on when I get to Thorny terrain, they also do a great job of keeping my legs dry on early morning hunts from the dew."

— Pantelis P. (5/5)

Gaiter review from NM elk hunt.

"Completed a successful elk hunt last week near Ruidoso, NM. I wore my gaiters. They were easy to secure to my lower legs and boots. Yes, they kept water and some prickly plants from penetrating. What they failed to prevent were any type of plant or cactus that had straight spines. I purposely avoided the cactus while traversing through thick brush; however there were plants that had spines that penetrated my gaiters and attack pants and still embedded my skin. I pulled 6 spear like spines from my left lower leg. Will I continue to use these gaiters? Absolutely! Recommendation to Kuiu: research to find a protective fiber to reinforce the gaiters to prevent penetration."

Yukon gaiters

"These gaiters are great! They seal tight around your boot and keep water out from dew and rain to quick stream crossing. Almost like having a pair of rubber boots with you but light weight and packable for those long mountain hunts."

— Chance C. (5/5)

what I needed

"I travel up to ten miles a day when hunting thru all types of terrain and brush not to mention weather. So far these have met the bill."

— Jeffery E. (5/5)

Work great,super comfortable

"Absolutely love these! Keep my legs and feet protected from water, brush and debris. Look great and are comfortable. I was right on the edge of 2 sizes, I cpuld have gone up , they fit snug but super comfy. ."

— Elsa W. (5/5)

Great Gaiters

"Just got back from a rainy 10 day elk hunt in CO. These gators delivered, from wet brush to stream crossings they took a beating and held up. Looking forward to using them for years to come."

— Rick S. (5/5)

These gaiters have done everything

"These gaiters have done everything I’ve needed them to do so far & have held up well with the use I’ve put them through. I do see a couple of potential weak points in the design that could cause problems down the road, but so far they haven’t given me any issues. I have pretty big legs and was surprised that they actually run a little big on me."

— Ryder M. (4/5)

Great fit

"They fit my large 13 boots perfectly . This is the third pair I ordered but these are great. XXL were too big in the Yukon XL in the Kutana were too small for the boot."

— Kevin N. (5/5)

My Second Pair

"This is my second pair. We will see how they hold up. The last pair lasted me 7 years. The only thing that failed was the snap. I replaced it. They are still in use. Just wanted another pair I can leave in AK"

— Daniel P. (5/5)

Q&A

Have a pair of Kennetrex gaiters and they make way too much noise when my calves brush each other....which are you quietest gaiters
Our gaiters are all constructed using hard shell material, and while that makes them incredibly durable, it does not make them quiet.
Similar gaiter designs have durability issues with the buckles being so low and vulnerable. i have broken two pairs and seen two others broken so the design is poor. What is Kuiu doing with this design to prevent that?
The Yukon HD Gaiter was redesigned to be more durable in all aspects than the previous version.
How tall are the size Large?
Size L is 42 cm tall
