"This shirt is what it says it is. It is durable and thick. I wear it managing storage units doing repairs, clearing units, snow removal, etc and have a couple. I am 5’10 and 192lbs athletic build and ordered a M as they said they run large. The M fit well though it did shrink a bit in the dryer so use low heat. An L that would have shrunk in the dryer might have been the way to go but M is fine on my build."
