Reviews

Bottoms wear out.

"The pants are ok, but the brush portion isn’t made for real brush. Therefore the bottom wears out. Kuiu will not warranty it either after a handful of uses. They claim it is normal wear. High end price, but they will not stand behind product."

— Christopher W. (1/5)

Love everything about these pants

"These pants are wonderful! They fit and feel great. My hips are wider than my waist, so having suspenders vs belt is super comfortable. i took them Dusky grouse hunting in the forest/bush and they held up very well. Can't wait to go out and hunt more!"

— Kat D. (5/5)

Zero thorn protection

"These pants are very well made, that much I appreciate. Unfortunately, my primary goal in buying these pants was to have thorn protection while bushwhacking in the summer. Multiple other reviews claimed these pants provided good protection against thorns. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! From what I can tell, none of those people have ever been outside in the brush. Grass, maybe. These pants are no better than a loose fitting pair of regular thin jeans when it comes to brush protection, which you can thrift for about $5. I will say, the pockets are excellent and the construction is generally very well done, though the pants are clearly for an hourglass shape. They make me look like I wanted winged hips a la 1930s African safari fashion. But I digress. Another review indicated they “looked like new after a ‘full season of wear’” which again, I ask you, doing what exactly, office work? Like I said, they’re well made and all, but I’ve warn them for less than a month of farm chores taking temporary electronet through the woods and other general property clean up, and they definitely don’t look new. For as dark as the color, they stay impressively cool in summer sun. I just wish they did the only thing I bought them to do."

Sound

"I wish the fabric was a little bit quieter."

— Vanessa C. (4/5)

Poor fit

"Horrid fit. Too short and pants fit like over big hipped jodhpurs. Material is nice."

— Lettie S. (2/5)

Amazing quality

"Really amazing quality, nice and quiet out in the field, look great, super comfortable!!!"

— Cyndal E. (5/5)

A favorite

"This is our second pair! Purchased these for my wife. Mine are my favorite pants. Only wish it had a waterproof area on the butt. Probably going to order another pair for myself before they stop making them."

— Laurien R. (4/5)

Love

"This is my second pair I love them. Great fit comfortable all day long."

— NANETTE H. (5/5)

Best brush pants ever

"I am so glad kuiu prompted me to write this review. I have been raving about these to my dad, my brother, my husband and my other hunting buddies. Built in clips work like gaiters. Truly resist burs and brush all while keeping dew and rain out as well. Don't worry about getting too hot because there are vent zippers. Plenty of well placed pockets and great fit. I do not use the suspenders with mine."

— Corrine D. (5/5)

Great fit

"I did not expect a pair of pants to make that much difference. Lightweight and fit great, won't even consider putting on my old heavy pants anymore. I have to deal with a lot of saw briars in the woods around here. I had low expectations when I bought my first pair but far they are holding up well."

Q&A

What pattern does the ash pant go with? Most of my hunting gear is in the pattern Vias so it’s pretty hard to find a color that goes with that specific pattern.
Ash is a very versatile color and can work with all of our camo patterns!
What is the inseam of the women’s size 2 and 4 pants
The inseam length for our women's pants is 32"
