"Zero Stars, The pants which I pad $150 and the Coat which I paid $279 for my Daughter for her Birthday NEVER ARRIVED!! And Kuiu refused to send me a new order and the refused to refund me for my $450 purchase!! They said that ups said they were delivered and it's in there policy not to refund stolen items. . They have no proof the items were delivered, no picture from UPS, they strung me along for 12 business days acting like they were going to send me replacment items in time for my daughter's birthday just to tell me the day of her birthday sorry our policy doesn't return stolen items. . . No packages have ever been stolen off my porch before. . . I will never purchase from this store again. They are greedy and care nothing about the customer."
