"Ive always rated kuiu 5 stars but what were they thinking when designing the top opening of the main compartment of this bag? Love everything about the bag but this. For kuiu to not go with full zip top opening was a bad idea."

Mule Deer Scouting Trip

"I just used the pack for a mule deer scouting trip. I found it to be very comfortable and it carried my spotting scope and related gear extremely well. The pockets on the hip belt and water bottle pouches were easy to reach and use which is much more than I can say about my previous pack. My only concern is how the big pouch next to the frame will do in rainy conditions, but that shouldn’t be a big deal. I do wish there was another external zippered compartment or two as the compartments inside of the big storage area can be a bit of a pain to access if that compartment is full of gear."
