High quality vest

"Just finished 4 days hunting chukar with this vest. I looked at a lot of vests before deciding and although this one is expensive you get thoughtful design, good craftsmanship and durable materials. I was with 7 other guys and each had a different vest so I was able to compare. I see this vest as best for self-supported hunters - people who hunt all day with water, food and layers in the vest, ready to go. If you do shorter hunts you might not need this vest. Note I found the cellphone pockets a great idea though my phone (18 Pro in a case) wouldn’t fit."

Out of the box looks

"Out of the box looks excellent, has everything I need - will test it out next game bird season. Easily adjustable as it did need adjusting the length, only concern is - the waist strap doesn't have a lot of adjustment, especially if I have a few layers of clothing on in the middle of winter hunting, will see how that goes"

Top rated Upland vest on the market

"This is a top rated vest. This is my third version of this vest, I am a guide, and I rotate my equipment every couple years, and I keep going back to this vest. As a handler, it has every feature and benefit that you require, you can fit up to 12 roosters comfortably for your clients and it feels like you’re carrying literally nothing. Storage it has it water bladder compatibility. It has that too extra slots for water bottles for your dogs check Anything and everything you need and want."

Upland field vest

"The sizing guide was accurate. It felt great from the first use. I wear a bino harness with a first aid kit, bear spray, and other pouches on it. The field vest didnt need to be adjusted. It all worked together really nicely. The water bottles fit snug in the pouches. I was able to work a holster for my pistol into one of the shell pouches. I hunt grouse in S/E Idaho. The vest was comfortable and there were nonissues carrying my birds. I like the field vest and would buy it again."

No regret purchase!

"I've been looking at various upland vest for over a year now. Out of all them the ability to have a hydration bladder for myself was the most important for me. Highly recommend the vest, fits like a dream!"

— Todd L. (5/5)

Needs bigger game bag

"I like a lot about this vest but it needs a bigger game bag. It’s not uncommon for me to add geese and ducks to a limit of upland birds and this vest simply doesn’t have that capacity. My old Cabelas vest could handle that, but I can’t seem to find a higher end vest that makes an appropriate game bag. I also wish this was compatible with your bear spray holster."

— Zachary C. (3/5)

Awesome vest!

"I haven't hunted upland game in several years and I had a pheasant hunt scheduled, so I needed to outfit myself. The vest was critical. I scoured the web for a variety of options and landed on the KUIU Upland Field Vest. So glad I found this one. Well made, tons of useful features and balanced well for long slogs through brush and prairie grass."

— Brad H. (5/5)

Love it!!

"What a great purchase. I absolutely love this vest. I showed my hunting buddy my new vest when we went out last weekend and he bought the same vest when he got home. He wore it for the first time on our hunt today and loved it as well. We looked like twins. LOL"

— Jon L. (5/5)

The nicest upland bird pack I have ever used

"Very happy with the quality and fit of this pack. I am happy I went with this company. Fits well. Sits on the shoulders comfortable and has lots of space for water and accessories"

— Gregory B. (5/5)

Great vest. If you have

"Great vest. If you have to move quickly pockets and gear stay secure, squeeze bottle tops are a little finicky. Overall awesome vest"

Q&A

The 2 front zippered pouch’s are either one large enough for a 10x24 binocular? Can a bino case be attached to where one of these pouches are? I have a health issue Where I need to get that pressure off my chest. Thank you Riverrat
Your 10x24 binos should absolutely fit in the front pockets, but there is not currently a way to attach a bino harness to the pockets
