Great Lightweight Fishing Pants

"Just purchased my third pair of the Tiburon pant. Initially purchased for early season upland bird hunting I am now using these pants for wet wading rivers and saltwater flats. Never feel hot with these pants even on a recent July trip to the Lowcountry of SC. Love the fact the Kuiu offers many of their pants in a 36” or 37” inseam. Big fan fan of Kuiu!!!"

Great hot wether pant

"Kuiu killed it again. Great material, fit great, breathe great, and dry fast. As a tall guy their 37” inseam option on most of their pants is an absolute game changer. They’re the only one of the big three (Kuiu, FL, Sitka) to do so and it is greatly appreciated. About to order some brush pants for my trip out west this fall."

Adam P. (5/5)

Most breathable pants on the market

"Very light and breathable, must have for hot south Texas hunt. Some people say just buy the low thread count pants at Walmart, they will breathe plenty well. I cannot express the differences in these vs cheaper pants. Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for, and comfort is definitely the best description."

Great Pants

"I just recently purchased the Tiburon Pants and bow season is about 6 weeks away. However they seem like a great option for the humidity and heat we deal with in eastern NC. I had to shorten the inseam but I knew that when I purchased because 34 was all that was in stock. Quality and fit are great, can't wait to try them out."

California A ZONE must have!!

"So far so good! Great in the heat, moves well, true fit compared with other kuiu pants sizes. Dried quickly from sweat or morning dew. Evergreen color is versatile in spring summer or fall, in central California. Only negative is feeling all the star thistle poking through, but only a thicker/ hotter pant would prevent that. For as thin as they are they seem durable as well. Great pant would buy again!"

5’9” 230 lbs.

"Nice, light, breathable pants. I originally ordered a 36” waist but had to return/swap for a 38” pair. I’m usually kinda in between a 36” and 38” waist pants depending on how relaxed of a fit it is. My legs are larger than average. My whole life the words “tree trunks” have been used to describe my legs. The 36” fit decent but were not loose enough to allow air to circulate through the side vents. Hope this helps other guys with tree trunks decide which size to go with. lol"

Spendy, but super functional pants that thrive in the tropics

"The colors I want have been unavailable so I took a chance on these. Professional enough in appearance and ventilation is great. Washable Ina sink and dry by morning. These will be my go to style for all tropical travel. Full stop. Should be cheaper for what they are but have loved them and will get more."

Great Pants

"SOOOO cool in hot weather! I normally wear a 36 jean, with the thinner fabric it was a bit snug, so I tried a 38, it's a bit baggy. I'm keeping both, the 38 feels cooler with better airflow. What a great pant either way! With a slight breeze they are as cool as shorts without the sunburn."

Roy M. (5/5)

Super light weight and comfortable.

"I have not put them to the test in the field yet, but just trying them on they are super comfortable. I will definitely be trying these out for early season archery antelope. I did have to exchange the waist size. Ordered a 34 had to go up to a 36. I’m typically a 34 in most pants. I am 6’ 1” and 190 pounds."

Tiburon Pant

"I love these pants and this is my second pair in the Tiburon line, which is ideal for hot weather. My only complaint is the tall size does not come in a 32" waist. I typically wear a 32-36, but have to upsize my waist because tall sizes do not start until you hit the 34" waist. It works but it would be nice to not always have to wear a belt. My last pair was a 36" inseam and the length was perfect for slightly taller than 6'2". Kuiu has gone to a 37" inseam for tall sizes, so I will have to get them hemmed. Not a big deal, but I would have liked there to be instructions on best practice for that. Otherwise the pant has been great. Very lightweight fabric and durable enough to resist tearing when working through dense california sagebrush and chamise."

Q&A

How durable is this fabric in heavy Florida swamp brush and against snags and pulls?
The Tiburon Pant is our best pant for the hot weather, but it has a thin fabric and is not designed for thick areas. The Kutana Stretch Woven Pant will be a better choice for your needs
how do these pants fit small or large. i wear a size 40 in pants
They are an athletic fit, so if you would like a roomier fit, you might want to size up.
