Great for Thicker Legs and Larger Butt

"I'm 6' 5" and 270lbs. I wear a 42 waist and have a good size booty and thicker thighs. These shorts are one of few quality brands that fit me well and are comfortable (not restrictive). The fabric is soft and flexible but tough. I wish the pocket on the right leg was just a long narrow slip-in cell phone pocket instead of a large zipper pocket which my phone turns sideways in but that's not a deal-breaker. Otherwise, these are awesome."

Ok but back pockets too tight fir a wallet width wise

"I really like the shorts other than the ba k pocket flaps. I have what would be considered a normal size wallet but with the width of the pocket and the flaps sewon on the edges over the pocket its almost impossible to get your wallet in or out of them. Its an annoying enough feature that I would not purchase another pair"

I’m usually a 36” waist

"I’m usually a 36” waist and order a pair of these shorts in 36”. They ran a little small and returned and exchange for 38” waist. The 38” fit much better. I do like the fit and look of these shorts for dove season in Texas with the extreme late afternoon heat."

Tiburon Fabric on shorts and shirts too heavy

"The Tiburon fabric is too heavy for hot weather, very disappointed in the Tiburon shorts and shirt. Fortunately after seeing this disaster, I had time to purchase Sitka shorts with a lighter fabric and Poncho shirts before I head off on safari to Tanzania."

Inconsistent sizing

"Bought these shorts from the new store in Colorado, I tried these exact shorts on in a different color and they fit great, but was not sold on the color though. Grabbed the color I truly liked in the same size, purchased and drove 2. 5 hours home. When I got home I wanted to wear them, and found out they’re 2 sizes small, but have my correct size tag. There is no consistency in sizes which is a major downfall. Had this same issue when I ordered pants/shorts online as well."

Pleasant surprise!

"Honestly, I was a tad skeptical. . . . and now a believer. The shorts are really amazing. Very light (which i wanted) and comfortable. Special note, the button! Most shorts have a metal button that is actually very annoying. These have a "strapped" button, NO metal! They lay flat under a belt! I've since started looking at the matching pants! Nice work Kuiu!"

Tiburon 10"

"Great shorts, super comfortable for hot weather. Some of the other reviews stated that these shorts run small. I did not find that to be the case. They fit very similar to other Kuiu pants and shorts that I have in the same size. I can make the 34's work, but prefer the looser fit of 36's."

Very comfortable

"I really like these shorts. I bought them to wear during shooting competitions. Wore them 2 weeks ago for a shoot. Felt comfortable the whole time. But they already show pretty heavy signs of wear especially where my gun belt sits. So i don't think I'll continue using them for that. But they're a great day to day wear"
