"These pants are great. The only issue I have with them is the ruggedized material on the right front pocket for pocket knives. I noticed with my knife, the stiching for that portion causes my knife clip to stick out further than it normally would if that material wasn't there. Other than that the pants are great. Stretchy in all the right places and perfect for warm or cool conditions. Add the merino zip offs and these are great for pretty low Temps."

"Ive worn these pant a few times so far. I like the light weight features with the moisture resistant of them. I will be buying another pair sure. The reason for me saying they run a bit small in crotch area at first try on i am still breaking them in so they should end up being just fine."

"Great pants but need a few improvements to put them at the top of my list. Add a pocket to the left side, even if it’s just big enough to hold ear bud case. Waist doesn’t fit as good as my Kuhl pants need a bit of fine tuning there. . over all decent just need a few changes"

Q&A

How do these pants compare to the Kutana Stretch Woven Pant? Such as fit, feel, finish?
The Switchback Pant is slightly lighter and has more of a slick feel. The Kutana Stretch Woven is more ideal for off trail use as it is more durable and the Switchback is great for on trail hiking or wear around town.
I’m a 34x30 in pants what size do you recommend for me?
We would recommend selecting our 34 waist with a short inseam (31"). Most of our pants can be hemmed as well if needed
These pants I just got and they are very long on me but the only size option I was given was a waist size.
The Switchback Pants are only offered in our regular inseam length of 34", but we do offer many of our pants with a short inseam of 31"
