"Jacket is nice but for the price could be a heavier jacket. There shouldn’t have to be 4-5 layers of clothes to keep you warm. After ordering many sets of the garments, it’s clear every layer is thin which requires u to buy more layers. Max layer u should ever need is 3 to stay warm. If your looking at this gear, it’s not rated as they claim for warmth"

"Super warm, wind proof, pit zips to dump heat during activity, plenty of external and internal storage pockets, zippered external chest and side pockets make sure you don’t lose anything, super quiet material and packable, adjustable hood and hem cinch keep jacket in place and block out wind!! Plenty of sleeve and body length for my 6’6” frame, typical KUIU Ultra Light Quality and Performance, super satisfied!!"

"Jacket is quiet and very warm. Paired with the down haven bib I can’t really see how one would get cold in this with proper layers to the conditions you’re in. The I’ve paired mine with proximity toque, gaiter and hand warmer as well, and shivers in the stand are a thing of the past."

"Unbelievably warm! Unbelievably Quiet! Hit a homerun with this! I have almost every piece of Sitka they make, multiple pieces of most and I have been buying KUIU for the last 1 1/2 years and have not regrated at all, you won't either! Sitka is nice, but KUIU is great. I wish KUIU made a sweatshirt though like the fanatic sweatshirt."

"The jacket is very high quality and super warm but with a deers biggest sensory being smell I can’t seem to have any luck with this terrible factory/chemical smell that’s all over the clothes. I’ve washed them, used vinegar, smoked them done everything and it won’t go away… every time I’ve been blown at this season is when I’m only wearing these clothes. My old hunting clothes no problems…"
