Great hoodie, upsize if layering though
"I love zip hoodies and this one is very nice. The fleece lining is warm enough for cool weather as a stand-alone or for colder weather can be worn as a mid-layer under another jacket, and it has some water resistance for lighter rain/drizzle if worn as an outer layer. The fitted cuffs make it a little tight in the sleeves though and I run right between an L and XL (5'10, 185lb) so if you're similar build and like to layer like I do, I'd recommend upsizing."

"I ordered 3 different articles of clothing online having never seen this brand nor sizing it in person and I am absolutely impressed with the quality and how well it fit. I'm a taller guy with a more athletic build and it's so tough to find clothes that are actually long enough without drowning in excess bulky material. Strongfleece 275
"Love the strong fleece! Where the cuff is against the skin, it feels less scratchy than the peleton material. Would have prefered the non hooded 290, but didn't want the shorter hem that that one has. The hood is totally a personal preference thing though. It fits great over a small merino 120 base, medium strongfleece 190 mid, and medium strongfleece 275 as a shell. Im 5'6 145lbs for reference."
Love strongfleece
"I’ve had the 235 hoody for a year and have loved it. I’ve been wanting the 275 ever since. It did not disappoint. Very warm and a better stand alone piece than the 235. Layers well over a merino base layer and under a kenai in the same xl size. Good water resistance. Light rain beads up and rolls off. Good wind protection."

"This is a very warm and very wearable mid layer that also works as an outer layer on warmer days. Fits well. Had worn a L for years, but upgraded a size to give a bit more room and flexibility and does the job"

"This jacket is perfect for out here in Colorado. I would say its viable as a standalone jacket with a baselayer down to around 40 degrees fahrenheit. The medium fits perfect under a medium kenai jacket which is also a great product. Kuiu stuff rivals all premium outdoor gear manufacturers."
