Comfortable and dry

"I wore these for a week long hunt in Alaska. I wore them every day underneath a Gore-Tex pant shell. I was wet both inside and out multiple times, but the pants stayed warm and kept the wet away from me and then quickly dried every night. They were totally comfortable. I never once had an irritation or wrinkle or rub anywhere through all kinds of strenuous activity and then long periods of sitting. they were perfect for what I needed."

"These are perfect outdoor pants- water resistant and windproof, great for a hike or scouting fields and bush equally- and very comfortable. Pocket top has a rubber protection pad so your pocket knife clip can hold tight. These are my first Kuiu pants, premium product for a reasonable price- will not be my last Kuiu clothing. "Great pant. I wear a 33 and ordered the 34 and they fit great. 34 length is perfect. I am 6' and 180 lbs. Athletic fit in hips and legs with good stretch. Light weight and will be perfect for chasing bugling bulls in september."

Water Resistancy -Reed Pants

"Used these on an offshore Halibut trip and on the Togiak River fishing for Coho Salmon. They advertise water resistant and they worked very well! Loved the fit and especially love the deep pockets. Bought the Gray colored pants and like them so much I went back and bought the Kuiu dark green too!"

"I saw these and wanted to try a pair, and I have not been disappointed. I will say that I haven’t worn them under waders yet though. I have been wearing them for daily wear and even worn them to work. They are super comfortable on their own, and I love the pocket patch for holding a knife, or a tape. I will be purchasing more of these. I am 6’3” 260, and athletic. I ordered a 40 waist 34 length and they fit perfectly."

is the Reed Pant resistant weeds and limbs causing picks in the fabric
The Reed Pant is durable, but if you are looking for our most durable pants we would recommend the Pro Brush Pant or the Kutana Stretch Woven Pant
Do the Reed pants have ankle straps to prevent them from riding up when wearing them under waders?
The Reed Pant does not have stirrup cuffs, but our StrongFleece 290 Layering pants do!
