"The product itself is fine. However, I purchased the wrong item. We have three Kuiu Bino Harnesses and the ones we have use velcro to attach the bottom pocket. That's what I meant to purchase but purchased the above by mistake. The reason for the "Terrible" review is that I'm being charged $7. 50 to return them. I have purchased many Kuiu items over the years and in the past I was luck enough not to make a mistake on my orders. Now, knowing that if I order the wrong thing, or maybe the wrong size, and need to return it, the fact that I'll get charged for doing so will greatly influence my decision to purchase from Kuiu again. Very disappointing. The two brands that I like the most are Kuiu and First Lite. I have had to return a couple items to First Lite over the years because of sizing issues. They made the return easy and didn't charge me to send something back. Wish Kuiu operated the same way. Again, very disappointing."
Slips out
"The grey slides will fall out and be detached from the bino harness. I understand the loops and the snaps are meant to hold it in place but they come out of the holders too easily. Other than that it’s a nice addition of storage space and easily accessible."
