"I’m 5’11” 180lbs and the M fits well. I’m a decently athletic build so if you have a little extra weight you might want to size up. Quality is top notch and feels well made. Good warmth as well as a stand alone for casual wear or layering in the field. Definitely wouldn’t wear it alone in the field if you’re going to be in the brush as it doesn’t seem like it would hold up well to abrasion."
