Great soft shell

"Amazing product as always. Great fit. Very comfortable. Looks great. Have 2. One camo with hood and one full zip no hood."

Lovely color, sizes suspect

"At 5’9”, and 180 pounds, I ordered an extra large. It barely fits; too long in the sleeve; too tight at the waist. Still, I love the feel when I don the coat, but I don’t expect I will have many layers beneath it."

Howard J. (3/5)

Great jacket

"I was already out hunting 2 times with the jacket - great feeling and very comfortable."

Serious fabric durability issues

"Beware: before buying this Full Zip or the Peloton 240 Full Zip Hoodie, read through the one, two, and three star reviews for both garments. A small but significant minority of folks experience the fabric “pulling,” “piling,” or “de-threading” with minimal use. After owning my Full Zip for a month and wearing it six or seven times—mainly sitting at my desk and walking to the store in the city, not out in the bush—I decided to give it a cold, gentle wash (as per instructions) and was saddened to see three big “threads” protruding from the left sleeve. There were smaller ones on the back and other sleeve. I’m POSITIVE I did not catch these areas on anything that could do such damage. My own guess is that KUIU periodically puts out a faulty garment or batch, as most folks don’t seem to experience this problem. Heck, I have a Peloton 240 Full Zip Hoodie in Verde camo, and it’s been great with MUCH more use. Seeing how different this item was, I sent photos and an account to KUIU and was hoping for an exchange—love the item but not the unexpected wear. They said it’s not covered by the warranty and was likely caused by my use. So buyer beware: you might get lucky with one of the Peloton 240 fleeces, and you might not. If it doesn’t work out, KUIU won’t help out—though I did see one review reporting similar issues for which the buyer was refunded. Not sure how they managed to get the special treatment. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about a company I really love. Sad."
