"First time Elk hunting late season, worth the price. This layer worked perfectly. I brought a soft shell outer for glassing in the cold, thrilled with this layer for rucking, tracking and stalking. Good fit and finish.

"Great light weight jacket for casual nights out. I do not use this jacket in the field, I have two in solid colors to wear around town. Cut and fit look sharp and the jacket is not too heavy or warm to wear in the 50-70s. I do have a peoloton vest to wear when packing. Not sure how much heavy abuse it would take but works as a mid or mild conditions outter layer over merino base"

Solid jacket for casual or layering

"I’m 5’11” 180lbs and the M fits well. I’m a decently athletic build so if you have a little extra weight you might want to size up. Quality is top notch and feels well made. Good warmth as well as a stand alone for casual wear or layering in the field. Definitely wouldn’t wear it alone in the field if you’re going to be in the brush as it doesn’t seem like it would hold up well to abrasion."

Thinner than I thought...

"Nice fit. I thought it would be a bit heavier. Could use it on warmer fall days or as a under layer. Not good for an outer layer if you want to layer underneath because its athletic cut. Also needs a chest pocket."

Could this be worn over long underwear and under an insulated hunting coat as you would wear a shirt and will it tuck in properly
Yes, it is a mid layer piece designed to go over a base layer and under an outer jacket
Best way to wash it?
Wash in warm water with like colors using an approved detergent like Grangers or Nikwax. Tumble dry low, but do not iron, bleach, dry clean or use fabric softeners
