Inseam too long, no adjustment?

"The pant material seems amazing, love the pockets and fly and belt and venting.... I do not like the length, xxl only comes in 34", and with no why to draw the cuff tight, I'll walk the cuff ragged off the expensive pants. It'll be a 90s grunge look :) Used them today for 5 hours of steady rain while sporting clays, completely dry and breathable!"

very pleased

"Havent had a chance to test these in the rain yet, but i am pleased with the materials, fit, and construction quality. zippers all are smooth and the seals seem like great quality. I hope the zips hold up bc they are small, but i will be careful with them. since i'm an athletic female, i sized up to be sure they were sufficiently roomy in the hips/thighs, but I don't think i needed to and could have gotten a small (i also would have gotten a 31 inseam had it been an option but these will work especially with boots). the fit is true to size and appropriately generous for layering. the size i got are in no way restrictive even when squatting down low, and will be comfortable over a baselayer and shorts."

Nor'easter Proven

"I finally had a chance to put these to the test. I sat outside 4 hours at a football game during a nor'easter. I stayed bone dry. These pants are great."

— Derek E. (5/5)

really nice

"Bought these due to an unusually wet forecast for a Colorado elk hunt. Turns out I had to basically live in these for three straight days--probably more intense than the "incidental" use Kuiu says they are designed for, but they held up perfectly. I ran them through mud, deadfall woods, grasses, and some light oak brush/scrub work and kept in mind they are not brush busters. They kept my pants dry as expected. They feel very well made. I only used them for three days so can't speak to longevity of the materials or waterproofness. At 5'9", 155lbs, The waist was big with just the snap, but with the belt the fit was great. 33" inseam was slightly long for me but that actually worked well with hiking boots. My buddy had a pair of the very lightest-weight rainpants Kuiu used to make, and the Northridge pants felt much more substantial. I definitely recommend these. 4 stars because they are overpriced at $200. Wait for a sale."

Dry and Quiet!

"They are pretty awesome. My last rain gear was was loud and krinkly. Quiet is good for a wildlife photographer. The interior does not get that damp wet plastic feel other raincoats get. And finally It keeps the rain out and is light weight!"

— Paul S. (5/5)

Slick

"Light, flexible, quiet, and lots of zippers…the L is a bit tight for a 34 waist. It has no cinching mechanism for the cuffs but this actually worked out for the better for me as all the cinching methods I have used are problematic."

— George P. (5/5)

Great gear!

"Well made fit is good. Bought two sizes on the pants to compare fit."

— Paul M. (5/5)

Great Product. The Pant Leg

"Great Product. The Pant Leg zippers are great for getting the pants on and off without removing my shoes."

— Sheldon S. (5/5)

Scotland Highlands perfect rain gear

"Scotland Highlands perfect rain gear"

Solid Rain Pant

"Solid rain pant. I really like the fit and feel, and the full-length side zippers are excellent. Time will tell on long-term durability, but the construction and materials give me confidence that they'll hold up well with normal hiking, hunting, and outdoor use."

Q&A

How do I write a review? I bought a top and bottom Northridge. The top works great. The bottom leaks like a sieve.
