Terrible service

"We never received the jacket. We did receive many messages saying that it was on its way. Now the jacket is out of stock when it was clearly in stock when we ordered. Then I had to call to get the refund and call again to get the tax refunded. Totally not impressed with your company."

"A great piece that will be a staple for me in the winter months. The jacket is a great length, solid Velcro only cuffs, smooth front for unobstructed shooting and despite being insulated its still versatile and packable. I wear an XL in all other brands, and XL in KIIU non insulated, but am very glad I got 2X in this insulated piece."

"This jacket reminds me so much of the Kenia jacket. Which is my favorite outter layer from Kuiu. Its like a armored reinforced Kenia jacket. Sleeve are a little big but should be perfect with a super down underneath when temperatures are extremely bad."

A Definite Must

"This is my 2nd Mountain Pro—the first was when I was nearly 40 pounds heavier. It performs as billed and is versatile with a base layer plus or minus a vest in the middle. Wish it had a 2-way zipper but still rate it 5 stars. Not a hunter but rather wildlife photographer. Similar in lots of hiking with gear hopefully followed by lots of time on an animal being sedentary. This jacket works."

"I recently took it through its paces at Lassen Volcanic Park, snow-shoeing from 6000 feet above sea level to just below 8,000 feet. The coat performed beautifully. The zipper air vents allowed me not to overheat when going non-stop for extended periods. Very placed with this coat. It is the best coat I ever owned."

How does this compare to the Super Down Pro?
The Mountain Pro is waterproof, more durable and utilizes a breathable synthetic insulation which is great for active use. The Super Down Pro is lighter and warmer, but with down insulation it is intended to be used in stationary positions like glassing.
