"Don't get me wrong. The shirt is well made, fits well and looks great. The problem is that it snags on everything and pulls the threads out. One day in the African bush and it was ruined. I contacted customer service and asked if Kuiu made a shirt that could stand up in Africa and I was pointed to their blaze orange upland bird hunting shirt. Really?"

"I first found this brand while researching clothing for a photography expedition to Costa Rica. Got a couple shirts and a few pairs of shorts. Loved them all. This shirt was fantastic in the hot/humid tropics and in the cooler cloud forests. Got back to the states and ordered more immediately."

Excelen product; wrong sizing information

"I loved the texture of the shirt, and before I decided which size to order, I viewed the sizing information and even measured myself with a measuring tape to confirm which size would be more appropiate, however, once I tried the shirt on it was considerably bigger and thus I can't use it. Sadly a waste of money, I will need to purchase another (returns don't apply since I made the purchase from abroad)."

"Love these shirts. I am currently wearing them on vacation in Europe during an intense heatwave. They are very comfortable and breathable and did not wrinkle much when packed. They dry out quickly and no residual odor. I bought three. Fit is great."

Logo way too big.

"I haven’t used the shirt yet in hot weather. I was disappointed to find that the logo is more like an ad plastering the front of the shirt. The logo is unnecessarily, big and bright. Be suttle with things like that like Patagonia does. If it wasn’t such a hassle, I’d send it back, but then that would cost another 15 bucks."

Q&A

How do you remove the factory creasing? I have washed and dried the garments 3 times and they are still very strong.
We would recommend trying a hand held steamer
