"I perfer to have more room then less. When I opened the package and tried them on they were a bit tight im more of a 37 but the choice were 36 or 38 waist so I went down to 36 after a few washes and a day or two of solid yard work they relaxed and started to stretch out and are extremely comfortable. Let alone durability went for a hike down a tight creek river bed and with how slippery it was ended up sliding down the majority of it on my bottom with little stains and wear marks."

I also like the belt loop positioning in the back which supports wearing a belt well. If you are a weightlifter and have rounder gluts and larger thighs, you may want to size up."
