"Nice lightweight pant. Used a pair this spring in the Idaho backcountry and they preformed flawlessly. I used a size 36 from the outlet, I definitely needed a belt. Bought the 34's this time and the fit is perfect. These fit looser than my attacks, since the 34 attacks are just a bit tight."

"Durable pant yet very light weight and comfortable. Slightly more durable than the Tiburon. Yet similar comfort. Also has more of an athletic fit than the Tiburon which has a more relaxed feel/ fit. The Kutana has quickly become my new favorite pant."

Pants of choice

"Pants fit and feel great. The vents and thigh vent pockets are amazing! I’m larger guy and I hike a lot, but now with the summer the hikes are getting more brutal. Cannot stress enough how the vents help so much with heat management. I can’t go back to pants without vents, and even in the winter when I hiked with attack pants I would use the vents to dump the heat. Also love the zipper pockets that come with it, good feeling knowing your stuff is secure when out in the woods and won’t fall out of a pocket. These pants are top choice for any outdoor activity I find myself doing now."

Very good mid to warm weather pant

"I am 5' 9" and weigh 220lbs. These pants fit great. Perfect amount of room. Love the side zipper vents. I used for scouting Elk in unit 9 in AZ. Temps were 85F and they were nice and cool. Very much like the material, nice and quiet with good zipper quality."

Material so called pilling after two wears.

"The pants are very comfortable and breathable, just the quality of the pants began to loose there durability just after the second use. Activities were normal usage so I can only imagine how they will preform during an elk hunt which is why the pants were purchased. According to the warranty department this is something not covered so definitely won’t be buying in the future."

Great Product, ended up buying multiple versions

"These have got to be one of the best pairs of pants I have ever owned. The fit is snug but comfortable in the thigh and waist but there is ample room in the knee allowing for flexibility while walking and hiking. I am 6ft and have a long torso vs legs so I went with the 31 inseam and it was perfect. My favorite feature of the pant is that the front pockets are also webbed (along with the sides) so it acts as an additional vent to allow airflow and cross flow across the upper part of the pants. I live in Southern CA and have been hiking in these pants during the summer and they have performed better than I could have imagined. I've also been wearing them for everyday casual because of how clean the fit is and being comfortable in summer weather."

Lived in these pants

"I recently "lived" in these pants for 4 days on a back country canoe trip. Then I did an severe 2 day archery tournament on a ski hill in 90 degree heat wearing these pants. They are comfortable and cool enough to live in. There are no holes in the pants, but, only negative thing I'd say is they are showing wear."

"Definitely happy. I used to buy all my pants in 36 cause kuiu ran small. Last few pairs seemed big though, so i risked it and bought my actual 3r waist size. They fitted beautifully. Unfortunately now I have to rebuild all my pants, attack, talus hybrid, all of them in 34."

Do stickers/burrs get stuck to these?

Are these quiet in the brush or do they have that swishing swooshing sound?
