"I ordered XL wanting a loose fit. It was quite long so I returned for a large. The fit is slim for a hoodie and you have to pull and tug it on and when you take it off it takes your shirt with it. I also don’t like the heavy double layer hood. I’m 5’ 11” 175 lbs."
Stained hoodie
"I purchased a hoodie (great quality) as a birthday gift for my grandson. Upon receiving it, he noticed stains on both the hood and the sleeve, it may have been previously worn. It was quite disappointing and embarrassing to have a gift arrive in this condition. I returned, but I was required to pay for the shipping costs. Given that the item arrived damaged and used, I believe these shipping fees should be covered by your company."

Comfy but the fuzz is annoying
"The hoodie fits great, soft, durable quality, and everything I was hoping for. . . EXCEPT the amount of fuzz that comes off this hoodie the first time I wore it was insane!!! It ruined the undershirt I wore underneath it so instead of trying to remove it all, I just threw the t-shirt out. I washed it all by itself (so it wouldn't ruin any other clothes) to get all the remaining loose fuzz/lint off and now its ok. Just don't think for such a high end brand I should have to deal with this problem."
