"Great hoodies. Bought 4 of these for gifts and really liked them. One 9f them had a big cut in the front of the hoodie and I contacted kuiu. They asked for a Pic of the cut and the tag in the shirt. Resolved it and replaced with a gift card since they no longer have that hoodie left. Pleasure to deal with and made it so easy. We all know things happen but I'll definitely be buying from them again soon."
