Reviews

Sturdy, great soles, quality construction

"I usually wear a size 12. 5 wide in shoes and boots. Tough to find, and sometimes I need to make compromises. Following the suggestion of other purchasers I went 1/2 size up and got the size 13. They fit perfectly. Super comfortable boots, top quality construction and legitimate lug soles for getting in the dirt."

Boot review

"Hands down the best purchase of a forest/garden work boot I've purchased in the past 40 years. Tops in all categories: fit, comfort, durability, dryness, including all the bells and whistles like notches for quick foot removal and double loops for foot insert. The only nonsense is the patent-pending traction for dispersing mud. The treads gather mud like the rest of them. Price point is accurate for the quality of boot."

Very Impressed

"Was on the fence about adding another pair of ankle boots, but decided to pull the trigger on these. Couldn’t be happier. Fit and comfort level are better than any of the others I have from “other” brands. They’re built like a tank but not too heavy. Very impressive so far. Can’t wait to put these to work this summer and fall out west."

I bought size 10 first,

"I bought size 10 first, they felt like good fit at first but wore them around town and feet hurt had to buy 11 Of course I took tag off plus I live in AK so ended up paying 60 dollars just for shipping. Trying to sell size 10 on Craigslist now for cheap I do love the size 11 lots of support for a rubber boot"

Runs a bit small

"The boot itself is great, just like the other Kuiu boots I own, however, even though I ordered the same size, the ankle boots seem to be about a half size smaller. I wore them once, so unfortunately I can’t return them. And they are virtually impossible to stretch. But I love Kuiu products."

Mud Boots

"Very comfortable with virtually no break-in period. The shoes are completely waterproof and provide excellent traction in all weather conditions."

Kudu low cut book

"They are very comfortable and heavy duty tough enough for working in very comfortable. I recommend them how they hold up good if you’re looking for their higher boot get them. and there are hardly very tough, comfortable and ideal and thicker situations and higher water. These boots are made to withstand the tough terrain and they are very comfortable on your feet. I’m 100% sold on them. their clothing for hunting wet weather, cold weather I highly recommend them their rugged and holds up in coal and hot temperatures and rugged terrain. They are my favorite. They’re backpacks and they travel packs. You can’t beat them. I am a big kUIU fan. Love there line of products."

Nice boots

"Boots are well made and comfortable. They seem to run a bit small as I normally wear size 11 (US) in almost all shoes (Brooks, Hoka, Nike, Solomon, etc,) and boots (Muck, Scarpa, Wolverine, etc. ). The 11 in this boot was pretty tight though my toes were not near the front. I decided to try size 12 and they are fit well."

George B. (5/5)

Snug entry area

"The ankle area where the foot is placed in is too tight and difficult to work with. If it seems to be a bit small for the foot also. They are made well and the quality looks good that some adjustments has to fit need to be made."

Rupert M. (3/5)

Great camp shoe/ hunting

"Tight and secure. Unlike my other camp shoes. I wore them in the field turkey hunting after my boots got soaked. They worked great and no foot pain after the day of hunting."

Q&A

Do these run wide? I normally wear size 10 extra wide shoes and boots. Would these fit or would I have to order a size up?
These are not wide shoes and we unfortunately do not offer them in wide sizes at this time, so you would likely need to size up
How warm are these. We live in southeast on a farm. Need these for 4 season farm work and I’m worried they may make My feet sweat real bad.
They are great boots, but my feet do get warm in them above about 65 degrees
do these boots provide arch support?
There is some arch support, but you can remove the insole and swap it with other third party options if you choose.
