"Works great. Kept my hose protected on a bear hunt. When you go to put it on, don’t bother trying to use hot water to get the mouth piece off the hose. You’ll just be wasting your time. Just use a hair drier and save yourself the trouble!"

"Brand new, the mouthpiece with the lock valve would not seal it would not hold suction. Air would mix with the water so could not get any sufficient amount of water out. Asked for customer service refund or exchange. Has been an ongoing issue without resolution for over 2 weeks…"

- How do I get the cover on the hose it is all connected and very tight
- I like to take a hair dryer, move it back and forth for about 15 seconds (enough to slightly heat the tube) and then it will easily slide off of the connector. If you feel that the hose is too long you could cut it as well.
