"I have used this jacket in some pretty tough climate changes along the border of Idaho and Montana. This jacket has really done a great job when combined with the right base layers. I absolutely love the fit and feel! I was first a bit hesitant about it being too lightweight for the periods of glassing after walking long distances during wild fall temperature changes. It has not let me down thus far from 50 degree mornings to 25 degree evenings with decent winds."

Fairly expensive fleece/jacket

"Fairly expensive fleece/jacket. I anticipated the water resistance to withstand a slight drizzle. I haven’t sat/hunted in it yet (august in MI), but walking around my property, it was soaked with in 20 minutes. Dries quick - I’ll give it that. The pockets and zippers are smooth and well placed. Armpit zippers are convenient. I doubt there’s much insulation in it. My anticipation was to utilize it as a shell over my down jacket in colder weather, but unless there’s no rain in the forecast, no bueno. I may return it…"

"I do love this jacket, I didn’t understand it wasn’t waterproof though. I was walking through the woods and got a lot wetter than I expected. After rereading on the product I realize it was my fault and need to return it and get something else. It was however extremely comfortable, blocked wind fairly well, was very quiet against brush. And worked as advertised"

"This jacket covers all the check marks. The hood sinches down tight or can cover with soft and warm inside fleece. It sheds light rain with ease. Plenty of pockets for essentials, pit zips do their job. If not needed can be stuffed easily into your pack. If it works in Alaska it should work anywhere."
