I put off getting anything

"I put off getting anything because of the cost for so long but I finally pulled the trigger on getting a "starter" set to see what the hype was all about. I can say after hunting in it for a few days now, as a big guy that normally spends most of his hunt sweating this set was a very surprising change. Both the shirt and pants breath amazingly keeping you just warm enough on low to mid 50 degree mornings but also cool enough im mid 80 to low 90 degree afternoon hunts. I will definitely be acquiring more items. I would definitely recommend sizing up im normally a 2xl and a 40 waist. I got a 3xl and a 42 waist and they fit perfectly."

Good in heat with one caveat

"Works good in the heat and is exceptionally comfortable. It’s slightly thicker than some of my other heat gear but it makes up for that in material quality. The only complaint I have is that, like many synthetics, it holds body odor quickly and it remains strong even after short periods of wear. I don’t fault kuiu because it’s a synthetics issue, but it’s still a complaint. Would buy again."

Exceeded Expectations

"I hate sun hoodies with a passion, but this actually didn’t look too bad on me. I love the integrated gaiter, it worked flawlessly. Truly odor resistant. I took it bushwhacking and into the Eastern Sierras to climb Mount Williamson. 4 days of being out there in the blazing sun and I did not get sunburned at all! Most thermo-regulated i’ve ever felt and every time the breeze hit, it felt like air conditioning in that sun hoodie."

well designed

"These are great all purpose outdoor shirts. I use at the range, hiking, fishing and hunting. the weight is just right on its own on hot days or as a layer for cooler mornings. the hood is so light I dont notice it on or and the neck gator is the same. I like the chest pocket to put glasses, ear plugs, etc in."
