Nothing better than Gila for the tropics
"We now use Kuiu exclusively for our Wildlife Division uniforms. All of us prefer the Gila short sleeve and long sleeve hoodies for work in Hawaii. We work outdoors everyday year round, summer through winter in sun and rain. Its too hot and humid where we operate in dense rainforests to wear a raincoat, the Gila dries quick so we prefer that. Gila tops are light, comfortable,dry quickly, keep cool in the sun, comfortable when wet and the hood is great to keep mosqitoes at bay. We have most colors and really like this new light tan color, its not the ideal color for red mud areas though, as the mud stains everything and is'nt as noticable on the dark camo colors. Highly recomend."
