Excellent Pants only one flaw
"These Kuiu Encounter pants are excellent, comfortable, lightweight, great pocket system and outstanding suspenders. But KUIU reluctance to address the inseam length of 34” lets look at the options, add 32” lengths , a magnetic , snap or Velcro system to enable us to adjust the inseam length. Like other manufacturers do. It’s very hard to have them altered with a zipper involved. So an adjustment system is a must. I am new to Kuiu but see the great potential to improve our comfort in the outdoors."

"These pants are great fall hunting pants. They are heavier than I expected and that was a good surprise. Would recommend for early to did temps. The only improvement would be offering tall sizes."

"I love my encounter pants. The suspenders make it so your not constantly pulling them up and without the hassle and noise undoing a belt each time you need to de layer etc. . nice pick resistance, lots of thorny areas where I hunt. Only a small number of areas have been effected. Very warm for frigid temperatures when layered correctly. Fits very well, not much resistance and very quiet. Zipper is a little loud but it's manageable"

"Bought the 34, same as the Attack size Overall I like these pants for the pocket layout, stretch, quietness and low sheen. One thing to be aware: most SouthEast deer hunters wear tall, pull-on boots. These pants have lower leg zippers and cuff snaps that work great for lace up boots, but will be very uncomfortable if tucked inside your tall boots"
