"Fantastic Backpack! I own all the Venture Divide models, and I think the 1500 has the most practical pocket layout of them all. My only wish is that it had attachment points for the KUIU Gun Sling. I haven’t seen the sling on the website lately, so perhaps KUIU no longer carries it—which might explain why the newer packs no longer have those attachment points. If that’s the case, it’s somewhat unfortunate, as I’d love to use it with this pack. Overall, a fantastic backpack!"

Un-Divide-ed-Love

"I love to hunt and hike in Arizona. It’s like much of the West, harsh beautiful, and it challenges you with weather and terrain. That’s why I got the Kuiu Divide 1500, I wanted to see if I could level up a piece of gear I touch and use 100% of the time I am in the field. It delivers. I’m a big guy (6’4” 245lbs) and it fit as well on me as it did my son (6’2” 185lbs). The zippers and pouches are accessible, functional and thoughtfully placed. Functions are smooth and solid. I loaded it with 3L of water, a hunting jacket, food, other gear and had all the room I needed. The shoulder and hip straps are comfortable, well padded and worked as well in the morning on mile 1 as they did at the end of the day on mile 17. I have spent all of my experience with Kuiu just using their clothing, but this is my first piece of gear. Unsurprisingly, the same peace of mind exists with both. I 100% recommend this product."

"Good durable pack. It would be greatly inproved by adding cinch straps on the outside of the rear of the pack for strapping a jacket or whatever. Pack is hot against your back- not comfortable for early season."

Great pack

"Everything about this pack has been great so far. Really like all the pockets and how they are designed meaning how the zippers open and give good access to your stuff. Have not used hydration system yet but have it setup and ready. Only items i would mention if trying to find something wrong would be the open pocket could use a zip just in case needed. During travel they hassled me about not having everything “secure” but did finally accept it was solid enough. Really great pack for sure. Recommend"

Q&A

Which accessory enables the Divide 1500 to carry a bolt action rifle? I searched for the quick draw but could not find it.
We are unfortunately out of stock of the Quick Draw Gun Holder at this time and have not yet been informed if or when they might return
Is the 1500 to big to use as a personal carry on for an airplane? Will if fit under the seat if not packed full?
It depends on the carry on size restrictions for an airline. The dimensions are 20.5" x 9.25" x 7" (H x W x D).
Can you hook up the attachment to carry rifle with this pack. I need to carry rifle on pack. Ready to pull trigger and buy but concerned about the ability to carry rifle on pack.
