"I am a very longtime customer of Kuiu and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the products. This dog collar was defective. The bias camo was on the inside of the collar and had a strange camo pattern on the outside of the collar. I sent an email to the customer service Department, but I have not heard back and it’s been over two weeks."

"I bought this for my pup as I thought he was done growing. He wasn't so now it's too small. Not the collar's fault, obviously, that's why it still gets 5 stars. It's doing its job exactly as it should, and the dog just keeps on growing. We'll try again if they ever get em restocked in Large. The dog, for reference, is an aussie shepherd/collie mix, approx. 45 lbs when he outgrew it."
