Poor customer service and false advertisement on hats ordered

"The pic that I ordered was NOT what I received. They should of had a little KUIU tag in the side but where blank, I have gone back and forth with Kaleb from the KUIU Customer Service Team and the only thing he could do was send me a free return of the 20 hats. That is not what I wanted. I wish only to have the caps i ordered. Very Dissatisfied!"
