"Good quality trousers and comfortable to wear. Putting on a bit round my waist with age and retirement, so went for a 36" waist, and probably 34 would have been ok, but pleased with overall fit. I like deep hand pockets and these are a little neat, but like the zips, and feel of the materials used."

Great pants, glad to add the to my gear.

"I wore these for the first time over the weekend. It was in the teens to the high 30’s and I was completely comfortable the entire trip. It was about a 12 mile round trip in up to knee deep snow, so to be fair I was doing a lot of moving. I will say that if it was 40 or higher I would recommend a lighter pant for sure, but with the vents I was completely comfortable even in the lower temps. I thought these were a great addition to my arsenal of hunting gear."

Q&A

Can you please specify if this pants have cuffs bungee cord? Because from what I see they don't, and it's a big surprise for me that basically winter pants don't have anything to keep the snow out of the boot (gaitors are sometimes overkill and cord inside the seam or smth like this is usually enough)

I am 6’1” and 190 lbs. I wear a 33” waste in most all my pants and jeans. am about to buy a pair of these. I have some Sitka pants that I had to buy them in a 36” waste as the 34” were tight. Do you think I could buy these with a 34” waste? I wear a good pair of long underwear under pants. Thanks
You'll want to order based off of your measurements, using our size chart. Our pants have an athletic fit, so using your measurements is important to ensure the proper fit. What width belt will fit in the belt loops?
The belt loops will accommodate a belt up to 2" wide
Is there a small pocket on the Axis pants for a clip pocket knife?
Hi Roger, The Axis Pants have zippered pockets in prime locations, but do not have a small pocket for a pocket knife as blue jeans would
Are these Waterproof on the knees and lower leg, or just the knees and seat?
These are waterproof from the knees down, as well as the seat.
