Reviews

Attack pants

"Great hunting pants! Really like the freedom of movement they provide. Leg vents are a great addition. Very good overall quality. Normally wear 32in waist but upsized to 34in to provide room for layering...glad I did or they would have been too snug. Very happy with the attack pants!"

4th pair, great pants

"Extremely comfortable and durable. I was packing out an elk, going down hill and lost my balance for a second. I jabbed a stick into my leg, but didnt tear my attack pants. I had a hole the size of a nickel, 1.5" deep in my leg, no dirt in the wound because the pants didnt tear. After a ER trip and a few stitches im almost as good as new."

— Reed S. (5/5)

Best hunting pant ever!

"My third and forth pairs. Perfect fit, perfect flex in the right place, right time. Do well for me in warm and mild/cool weather, too cool/cold I add my merino’s. Perfect pocket spacing and the fit keeps average bulk to minimum notice. DONT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THEM!"

— Kevin K. (5/5)

Fabric does not hold up anymore

"Comfortable pants with good features. I have other older pairs of the attack pant. For some reason this new pair developed a large number of fabric snags in the lower legs during my elk hunt. I wore my older pairs on the same hunt and they are all still in perfect condition. Not sure if the fabric quality has gone downhill?"

— Adam F. (3/5)

Pleased so far

"I followed the sizing guide when purchasing 2 pairs of pants. Was between sizes so went with the larger size. Unfortunately one item was outlet and could not be exchanged, but was able to exchange these attack pants. Process was simple, and exchange came in about 2 weeks later. So far im please with the quality, and these remind me a bit of my old Sitka grinder pants, but with a few more features. Im excited to put some miles on these and see how they do!"

— Ryan M. (5/5)

Good Stretch

"Material is thick and rugged yet has good stretch. Build quality seems excellent. I have worn these pants once to the range in 80 degree weather. They run a bit on the Warner side but the zippered vents cool things right down. I think these will be my go to hunting pants in any weather."

— Ross M. (5/5)

Great all around Pant

"The Attack Pant is a great pant for those mid to late season hunts. Or early season if you tend to run on the cold side. Slightly thicker material than the Katana Stretch; but similar style, fit, ventilation, pocket layout, etc. Sizing is true to fit."

— Jane S. (5/5)

Great pant

"A great pant! Love the stretch and love the versatility . Bought a solid color which allows me to wear it with my camo coat when hunting yet can also wear it around when not hunting."

— Jon S. (5/5)

The You Attack pants are

"The You Attack pants are an absolute 10/10. They are comfortable, durable, and built for real outdoor use. The material holds up well, the pockets are practical, and they allow plenty of movement without feeling restrictive. The only thing to keep in mind is these pants can get hot especially if it is above 60 degrees, but other then that these are amazing."

— Jacob G. (5/5)

Great pants!

"As a tall guy hunting pants that are long enough are a challenge to come by. When I sit they do slightly still pull up but with the use of the Yukon HD gaitor I have no problem at all. I had them out last weekend when a rain storm that was not expected hit and I was worried at first with them only being water resistant they held up great in a down pour, I was not wet whatsoever. My only wish would be across the whole Kuiu pants line up would be a extra tall size just so I don’t have to so heavily rely on gaiters, other than that phenomenal pants and I would definitely purchase again!"

Q&A

Are these pants quiet enough for a stalk?
Yes the Attack Pant is a great option for close range hunting!
Why does it recommend up sizing ? I have not seen this mentioned before; have you changed the cut?
We have an athletic fit and are more form fitting than many other clothing companies. We recommend sizing up if you prefer clothing to be looser fitting.
I own two pairs off the Attack Pants. The fly zipper does not stay up at all. Is this a common problem?
We are sorry to hear about your pants. Please use the link below to file a warranty claim so that we can look into this further for you! https://www.kuiu.com/pages/warranty
How often do you need to treat the dwr. After every wash? Attack pants
If you wash the pants with a non approved, lower quality detergent it can remove the DWR, but if you use Grangers or Nikwax you can re-treat every year or so, depending how much you use the pants.
Does it have a clip at the bottom to tie to the boot laces?
The Attack Pant does not have a loop for boot laces
What length is the short inseam on the attack pant and what is the regular
Short is 31'', Regular 34'', and Tall 37''
