"Wore this jacket in Wyoming recently. Never got too hot never got too cold. I was skeptical about how well it would block the wind but it worked like a charm. Always had trouble finding gear that would fit and have all the qualities needed for a cold Midwest whitetail hunt and light enough to pack for days out west. This is my fist kuiu purchase and I’m sticking with the brand"

"Great jacket, light weight, hard wearing and comfortable. I recently did an 8 day back country Southern Alps Red deer roar trip in New Zealand and the jacket stood up to all the punishment delivered to it from bashing through bush and scrub. It kept me warm and was comfortable to wear."

"I bought this jacket to replace the one I sent in to get a zipper repaired. And it is just fine even though the one I sent in to get repaired I have got back in the meantime and the zipper worked approximately two weeks after I started wearing it and now it is in more shape than it was before I sent it in the zipper completely came off."

Good light weight jacket

"The Alpine jacket is what I was looking for hunting in AZ. it is warm enough down to around 50 degrees with just a shirt. My only issues are the sleeves are slender and should have a lining. The body however is a little large. Good thing it has a drawstring waist. The sizing is my normal not my usual size up for Kuiu."

"This is a very high quality jacket, good fit, comfortable, and surprisingly warm with only light base layer in 30 degree with wind chill lower and snow on the ground i had to unzip for a shortperiod, also it's light weight makes it perfect for my hikes.
