License Supplement
TERMS OF USE:
You hereby irrevocably grant KUIU and its affiliates, successors, licensees, agents, assigns, and other third parties designated by KUIU (“Authorized Persons”) a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your rating and/or review, testimonial, photos, and other information or materials you provide to KUIU as part of my review (“Review”) for commercial or any other purposes, including in the advertising and promotion of KUIU and its affiliates and their businesses, products, and services (“Authorized Uses”). You further acknowledge that we may display the KUIU ‘Inner Circle’ logo as well as your first name and first initial of your last name in connection with your Review and any Authorized Uses of the Review. KUIU may do so worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any medium, format, or via any communications system that exists now or is created later, including but not limited to, internet streaming and downloads, websites, TV broadcasts, radio, print publications, social media accounts, or any other media or device (“Media”), without further consent from you or any royalty, payment, or other compensation to you. By submitting your Review, you represent and warrant to KUIU that (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, (ii) you have full right, power, and authority to enter into this grant the rights set forth above, (iii) that your Review does not infringe any right of any third party, (iv) that you will provide only true, correct, and honest statements and other information in connection with your Review, and (v) you have read, will adhere to, and that your Review does not violate the KUIU Content Standards. You acknowledge and agree that KUIU shall decide, in its sole discretion, whether your Review meets the KUIU Content Standards, and that KUIU has no obligation to use or publish your Review or do so in any particular Media.
