If your measurements are in between those listed in the size chart, pick the next larger size.
NOTE: Height recommendations assumes average torso length
Touch your chin to your chest and feel for the large protruding bone on the back of your neck.
Locate the top bone on the side of your hip.
Measure from the height of the iliac crest to the C7 vertebra to determine the torso length.
If it doesn't fit, return it within 60 days, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

*Note: These height recommendations are for an average body type. If you have longer legs and a short torso then you may need a shorter frame. If you have shorter legs and a longer torso then you may need a taller frame. When in doubt choose a taller frame. The load lifter angle from the shoulder strap to the bag or frame should fall between 35 and 45 degrees with the pack moderately loaded.
